Ordering
Order Processing and Delivery:
Orders will be processed promptly after the ordering window closes.
Delivery of the ordered items will be completed within two weeks of purchase.
All orders will be delivered to the admin site.
Packaging and Labeling:
Orders will be separated and labeled by clubs.
Each club's order will be packaged separately to ensure easy identification and distribution please select your Club Site & input your Club address when ordering .
Distribution to Club Sites:
Orders Will Be deilvered to the Boys and Girls Clubs HQ Site,Club directors will be responsible for picking up their Club's orders from the BGCGH HQ Site site.They will then distribute the Swag boxes to their respective club sites.
Ordering Issues
Issue Resolution:
Any issues with orders should be directed to 97 Graphics Company, the Swag supplier.
97 Graphics Company will handle all order-related problems and provide resolutions promptly.
Communication Channels:
If any party encounters issues or requires assistance, they should reach out directly to 97 Graphics for resolution.
Clear communication channels will be established to facilitate smooth order processing and issue resolution..
